District Approved Final Recovery of Costs for the Club Acquisition

Following the closing of the District’s purchase of the Club, the Seller and the District negotiated a final payment to the District to recover certain legal costs assessed by the Seller on the purchase price.  These negotiations ended amicably, and the District is satisfied with the recovery of costs previously claimed by the Seller.

Update on the Collection of the 1-Time Special Assessments

The District has received payments from many of those with past due assessments.  The Board has been very patient with the small handful of residents who were late in paying.  However, the Board has now directed staff to accelerate collections.  The Board emphasized that in fairness to all, everyone must meet their obligations.

New Golf Carts

The District expects delivery of the new carts in about 60-90 days.
