| Dear University Park Homeowners,
With the bond litigation now fully resolved, we want to give homeowners clear detail on what the annual bond assessment means for your property, and two important public hearings coming up in the next several weeks. |
|
| YOUR ANNUAL BOND ASSESSMENT |
- The Board will remove the proposed one-time irrigation assessment that appeared on your TRIM notice that were mailed to you by Manatee County.
- Homeowners will instead pay an annual assessment each year until the bond is fully repaid. The annual assessment will range from approximately $906 to $2,858, depending on the property. Use the Bond Assessment Roll link below to find your annual assessment amount by lot number.
- This annual assessment will appear on your 2026 Property Tax Bill, issued by Manatee County on or around November 1, 2026.
