Seven messages for University Park homeowners/residents.

Dear Homeowners and Residents,

We are all in this together and together through mutual respect and shared values we can fight it.  To those who, in these challenging times, are heading north we wish you safe travel and that you stay virus-free.  For those staying here we request that you follow a voluntary “lockdown” as follows:

  1. Please work from homestay in the Park and only go out for medical, pharmacy or essential food / supply purchasing.  Take advantage of the many home delivery services.
  2. Practice social distancing (6 feet) at all times, both inside and outside the Park.
  3. Wash your hands before entering your home and/or after touching anything from outside your home.
  4. Only authorize (in DwellingLive) essential guests or vendors to enter the Park.
  5. If any of the following conditions apply to you (or your guests/visitors/tenants), follow strict social distancing or a 14 day self-isolation period.
    a.  Any person who traveled through any airport within the past 14 days.
    b.  Any person who traveled on a cruise ship (including river cruises) within the past 14 days.
    c.  Any person showing, presenting signs or symptoms of or disclosing the presence of a respiratory infection including cough, fever, shortness of breath or sore throat.
    d.  Any person who has been in contact with any persons known to be infected with COVID-19, who has not yet tested negative for COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
    e.  Any person infected with COVID-19 who has not had 2 consecutive negative test results separated by 24 hours.
  6. Now is a wonderful time of the year to enjoy our beautiful Park – for walking, jogging or cycling.  For Club members there is still tennis and golf.
  7. We suggest you take advantage of the Club’s take-out & delivery dining services (now open to all residents, until further notice).  Separate information on this will be sent by the Club.

If you know of residents who may not be aware of the above voluntary lockdown, or of our recent Community and Club COVID-19 actions, please bring them to their attention.
